Eligibility & Intended Users

You represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you submit
Children may not create accounts or submit personal information directly

Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Teaching Made Fun may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, misuse, or intellectual property infringement

Products, Memberships & Billing

All products and services are delivered digitally
Subscriptions may include recurring billing
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund prior billing periods
Payments are processed via third-party providers; we do not store credit card details

Revenue, payouts, commissions, and fundraising shares are governed by applicable agreements or addenda.

School, Church & Organization Programs

Participation is voluntary
Participation may not be tied to grades or attendance
No guarantees of outcomes are made

Quality Guarantee & Refund Policy

Custom products are non-refundable once production begins
One (1) complimentary remake is provided for errors
Refunds are issued only for uncorrectable defects

Delivery & User Responsibility

Delivery is via email and/or SMS
We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by:
- Incorrect contact information
- Spam filtering or carrier blocking
- Full inboxes

Intellectual Property & License

All content is owned by Teaching Made Fun, Inc.
Limited personal-use license only
No resale, redistribution, or commercial use

AI Restriction:
Use of Company content to train, test, scrape, or inform artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems is prohibited.

User Submissions

By submitting reviews, testimonials, or media, you grant Teaching Made Fun a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such materials for marketing purposes.

Binding arbitration in Pasco County, Florida
Injunctive relief available for IP or confidentiality violations
