Entirely voluntary
No penalties
Not tied to grades or attendance

Financial Terms

Revenue share defined in campaign materials
Payments issued after refund window
Paid to organizations only
No guarantees of earnings

No Guarantee of Results

No guarantees regarding:

Participation
Attendance
Financial outcomes

Student Data & Privacy

No student accounts
No academic records
Parent-only submissions governed by the Privacy Policy

Optional Events

Events are optional
Organizations responsible for supervision, permits, and facilities
Teaching Made Fun is not an event operator

Promotion & Representation

Accurate, voluntary representation only
No implied endorsement

Refunds & Chargebacks

Governed by the Refund Policy
Adjustments apply to payouts

Term & Termination

Either party may discontinue participation
Surviving sections remain in effect

Limitation of Liability

Liability capped at amounts paid under the program.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law

Florida law governs.

Entire Agreement

This Addendum, together with the Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement regarding fundraising programs.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain effective.
