Overview

Teaching Made Fun, Inc. creates highly personalized digital products, including custom audio and educational content designed specifically for individual children or families.

Because of the custom and digital nature of our products, this policy clearly defines what is and is not eligible for refunds while ensuring fair resolution of legitimate technical issues.

This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.

Personalized Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Personalized digital products (including custom audio or name-specific content) are considered custom services, not resellable goods.

Once production has begun:

  • All sales are final
  • Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or reassigned
  • Refunds are not available due to preference, expectation, or change of mind

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are commissioning a custom digital creation made specifically for you.

The “Perfect Name” Quality Guarantee (Free Remake)

Your child’s name matters.

If we make an error related to:

  • Name pronunciation, or
  • Audio clarity or professional quality

We will provide one (1) complimentary remake at no additional cost.

How to Request a Remake

To request a complimentary remake, email support@teachingmadefun.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The child’s name as submitted
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Technical Defects (Limited Refund Eligibility)

In the rare event of a technical defect (such as a corrupted file or unplayable format):

  • We will first attempt to repair or replace the product
  • If the defect cannot be corrected, a refund may be issued at the Company’s sole discretion

This is the only circumstance under which refunds may be granted.

Digital Delivery & User Responsibility

All products are delivered digitally via email and/or SMS using the contact information provided at checkout.

Once delivery is attempted, the product is considered delivered and accessible.

Refunds are not provided for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect email address or phone number
  • Spam, junk, or promotions folder filtering
  • Carrier-level SMS blocking
  • Email security or firewall settings
  • Full inboxes or insufficient storage

If you do not receive your download, contact us and we will resend the link at no cost.

Revisions & Adjustments

Each order includes one (1) complimentary revision for:

  • Pronunciation corrections
  • Minor audio or volume adjustments

Additional revisions may incur a fee depending on the scope of the request.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after production begins
  • Dislike of musical style or creative direction
  • Name spelling errors or incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • Expectation-based outcomes (e.g., “I thought it would help my child sleep faster”)
  • Fully delivered non-custom digital downloads
  • Gift cards

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact support@teachingmadefun.com before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve issues promptly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of access to digital products
  • Revocation of licenses associated with the disputed transaction

This does not limit any rights required by applicable law or card network rules.

School, Church & Organization Programs

Refunds are not tied to participation, attendance, fundraising results, or outcomes related to school, church, or organization programs.

Participation in such programs is voluntary, and no guarantees are made regarding results.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy and all related transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Severability
